This scope is awesome. Hans was very helpful with helping me decide between this scope and another pulsar product. I am extremely pleased with my decision.

Dealing with Outdoor Legacy has been great. The ladies in the office are very helpful and nice to talk to. Dont remember the gentleman I talked to but he was very helpful in deciding which thermal would work best for me.

Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XP50 PRO 2x-16x Thermal Rifle Scop

First let me say that Outdoor Legacy was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. As far as the Pulsar scope, I not that pleased. Them manual is completely useless. For the amount of money this scope sells for, they could have least provided a well written user manual. Setting, and making changes is not very user friendly. When you push the selection button on the left side of the scope it moves the scope off target - especially when trying to freeze the screen while sighting in. The image quality is good, but the controls and operation of the scope are cumbersome. I would not purchase it again if given the option.

Thank you for your purchase and review. We're sorry to hear that you're not fully pleased with your optic. I will include a link below for the full Pulsar manual, I'm not sure if you've seen it but it's well written and most users find it very helpful. The Pulsar menu system and setup are some of the easiest and most intuitive of all the brands but we do understand that for many new users, all thermal scopes can be a bit confusing to initially figure out. We're always happy to answer any questions and help in any way we can.

You mentioned the freeze function and the difficulty of holding the rifle steady and we agree it's not easy to press a button and keep the crosshairs perfectly still. For this reason we don't personally use the freeze feature and we feel for most people (us included!) it's easier without using it but it's a function that many like, so it's good that it's an option but not required.

Again, we truly appreciate your business and if there is anything we can do to help, do not hesitate to give us a call and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions and offer any setup or usage suggestions we can. The XP50 is one of my personal favorite thermal optics and I've had one on my main night hunting rifle for years and love it. Hopefully with some more time and use you'll get better acquainted with it and come to enjoy it as much as I do! Let us know if we can help;
