The Pulsar APS 5 battery pack is the replacement battery for Pulsar thermal optics that use particular battery. Optics using the APS 2 or APS 3 batteries are not compatible with the APS 5 battery.
Clarity is great for the price point. I use it to scan the woods while deer hunting.
