Wow. This thermal is The One. I've hunted XG35s for a long time. PID past 200, maybe 250 on those. Image is SOLID on the S75R. My first animal was last night at 337 yds lazed. Oh yea, lazed. No more estimating. The ballistic ap in the S75R is spot on IF you do your job, most get as close to perfect base zero (100 yards) as possible. Be OCD on this. Learning the buttons was all on Hans. Awesome customer support. Took 3 or 4 range days/nights to get comforatable. The eyebox is like a big screen TV. The image detail is over the top. With all that said, if you are a 50 yard hog hunter, you do not need this and Outdoor Legacy is very honest with the review, capabilities and limitations of this scope. I hunt out to 450 yds often and PID is critical for me personally. I love this set up (SW AR-10 6.5 CM) If you are wanting the absolut best in night capability and willing to put the time in the learning curve, this scope is for you. I am 100% satisfied, worth the money to me

The Nocpix Rico2 S75R is simply amazing. I didn't know that you could get this kind of detailed images at extreme distances. Positive identification is always paramount, things just got a whole lot easier. Ergonomics are superb with throw lever zoom,spot on.Truly a viewing pleasure.

It's amazing but heavy. I've ranged and ID deer at over 1300 yards, and small game like rabbits and armadillos at 500 yards. Ballistic calculator is quick and on point when set up. If i can set it up anyone can. Need to chronograph 3-5 shots to get an average muzzle velocity if you want really good results, what the box says is ball park. Out to 300 yrds probably ok, but i'm shooting 3" groups out to 500 yards with a 243 bolt action rifle and Hornady 100 grain ammo in daylight. Clarity is very good up to 14x magnification, still ok out to 20k. Thanks Hans for helping me decide which scope to pick. Eye relief is a plenty. I couldn't be more pleased just on the large and heavy side 3 lbs. Like Jason said it's a man's scope. Rifle needs to be at least 9lbs to shoot ranges past 200 yards on critters. I haven't had any issues with the quick detach mount returning to zero. Quick shipping and Very knowledgeable staff.

Most importantly, this scope is simply amazing and the staff at Outdoor Legacy is great to work with. Battery life is little short, but they give you two batteries and they are super easy to swap out. If you are running this on a bolt rifle with a standard length of pull, in order to appreciate the full glory of the display, you will need to order the RICO 2 Extended Offset QD Mount from Nocpix. This shouldn't be an issue for stocks with less than normal length of pull or gas guns. The button layout, zoom lever, and focus **** are all easy to learn and laid out in a way that just plain works well. I was able to easily identify and range deer at 840 yards as well as range field edges at 1090 yards.

I had a minor issue with a smudge around the inside of ocular lens of the optic, which necessitated sending it in. They promptly addressed the problem within a couple of days. The scope itself is exceptional, undoubtedly top-notch. While there was an issue with the optic, it’s important to remember that we all make mistakes. Ultimately, this was just a single instance, and the problem was resolved swiftly. The S75R is undoubtedly a top-tier product, and I would gladly purchase it again. I genuinely appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Outdoor Legacy; they truly stand out as the best I’ve delt with in the industry.
