General Shipping Info

  • Most orders ship from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Orders placed before noon CST Monday-Friday for in-stock items ship the same business day. There are exceptions such as holidays, an unforeseen warehouse or carrier delay but these are extremely rare.
  • All packages ship either UPS, FedEx or USPS.
  • We do not ship outside the United States. Free and Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to AK or HI.
  • UPS and Fedex will not deliver to PO Boxes. Those carriers require a physical street address.
  • Most orders over $2,000 require a signature upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates only and their accuracy is not guaranteed. However, most often, our packages are delivered by the estimated delivery date. Once a package is in the carrier's possession we cannot control it's delivery date or time.
  • If you need a product by a certain date, please give us a call and we can work with you to make sure you get your order by the date you need it.
  • We have a state of the art inventory system that keeps a very accurate count of our inventory. Although rare, mistakes can happen and an item you ordered might be out of stock. In these rare cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to wait for the item to become available or you may request a full refund for the item.
