After a lot of research, watching reviews of many different thermals I ordered this thermal from Outdoor Legacy online on a Wednesday. I received it on that Friday at 11:45 by UPS. I went through to settings and menu learning the system, took it outside in daylight and dark and was very surprised and pleased with the clarity. On Saturday I sighted it in with 8 shots starting at 50 yards then to 100. I fell into the group of thinking glass optics and had to learn the system. Very pleased wins 1 inch group on a quick release setup. Now ready to put it to use on Saturday night. Thanks Outdoor Legacy.

Great Service, Great Product

Purchased in August, 2024. Spoke with Hans who helped me narrow down which unit was appropriate for my use case. Researched the suggested units and placed an order for this thermal. It arrived in a couple days (I live near them in Texas). All staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit is easy to operate and the menus are pretty self explanatory. So far it has functioned flawlessly. I charged up the batteries, mounted it on a subsonic .300 BO, got it zeroed, and put it to work. It's used for predator control around the property. Would happily buy another product from them. Friendly, good advice, fast shipping, very helpful.

Great Optic

Great customer service right out of the gate! The Rattler is packaged very well with a nice storage case. Set up was easy and I found the menu to be one of the easier to navigate. The QD mount included is very nice. Zeroing quick and easy. Would definitely buy again.
